of the ‘down payment’ by ELYSIA or, if not down payment is provided, as of the first day of performance of the Services and shall remain in effect until the end of the Services. 11.2 The customer can cancel the order up to 8 days after the conclusion of the contract. If the cancellation is made between the 9th and 30th day, the customer must pay ELYSIA a fixed and irreducible compensation of 15% of the order amount including VAT.
