must be fulfilled. 11.3 In the event that the Customer decides to terminate the Contract early, it shall inform ELYSIA of its decision by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. On receipt of said notification, ELYSIA undertakes to promptly stop the Services. If the Customer decides to postpone the Services and, subject to the Parties’ consent, ELYSIA shall examine whether it is possible to recommence the Services within the Customer’s desired timescale.
