, payment shall be due within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice by bank to bank transfer to ELYSIA’s bank account as designated in the invoice. In case of ‘fixed price’ provided for the Services, the method of payment shall be as follows, unless stated otherwise: a) A down payment of thirty per cent (30%) of the price shall be made by the Customer upon entering into the Contract and ELYSIA’s invoice claiming this down payment. Payment of such sum shall be a precedent condition of coming /en/general-conditions
